Hydrotherapy / Online Exercise Program — Specialized MS aquatic therapy program designed to improve functional abilities typically offered two days per week at sites throughout the Denver area.
Hydrotherapy classes are currently offered twice per week:

- Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Athmar Recreation Center.
